Oh, man. I just stumbled across youtube videos of this flautist Greg Pattillo and it's like this great big "suck on that" to my second flute teacher, who told me I'd have to scrap everything I'd learned from my brilliant first teacher (who would lie on her bed and command me to "Play!"), because all that emotion and moving about was distracting. Egads it makes me want to play like I always felt like playing.
