SWEET. I've been playing with Google Reader for the first time ever and have discovered a hell of a lot of journals have RSS feeds. Awesome. Feeling very inspired and optimistic.
Also a lot of search engines like pubmed, scirus, hubmed, web of knowledge and metalib have them, meaning you can get feeds based on keywords across all journals.
