SWEET. I've been playing with Google Reader for the first time ever and have discovered a hell of a lot of journals have RSS feeds. Awesome. Feeling very inspired and optimistic.
Also I find Google Reader more usable since I started making folders to dump things in (you can put the same feed in multiple folders).
Remember if you need any info organisation tips, I'm your local friendly library geek ;)
Ooh ooh like maybe http://www.citeulike.org/ ? Scholarly-focused place to keep track of stuff you've read/want to read. Basically tell me what things you find a pain in the arse and I'll try and think of ways to make them easier :)
Also a lot of search engines like pubmed, scirus, hubmed, web of knowledge and metalib have them, meaning you can get feeds based on keywords across all journals.
