All bad? I've had large group orders from there before and it's always been good (albeit expensive). How did they mess up?

Curry and soup were a nasty powdery texture like they'd been prepared from freeze-dried, wedges were impressively soggy, chicken lollipops and chicken satay were bland and tiny, spring rolls tasted very microwave-fresh, lasagna OK but not worth the money.

Oh how rubbish! Everytime I've got food from there before it was awesome but I haven't in a while, and I heard it got more expensive :(
