dodontThursday's horoscope from the Metro:
The sky is clearer up in the clouds.
Awfully poetic, I thought, although logically wrong.
Open mic was fine, although I was feeling distinctly below par with everyone else. The other performers were really pretty bloody good. But I played my uke and the new song seemed to go down well, and someone came up afterwards and said I was good, so yay.
Should probably do that more often. It's a good way to see good music for free, turns out.
Today I must clean stuff.
