OK. Time to collect thoughts on stats (exciting).
Data I have:
Heights
Dry weights
Root stock length
Mycorrhizal colonisation for four genuses
I need to:
Make species diversity figures for mycorrhizal colonisation
Test normality for height, dry weight, root stock length, colonisation %, diversity, within each treatment.
I want to test for:
1. A difference in heights between treatments
2. A difference in dry weights between treatments
3. A difference in root stock length between treatments
(2x2 ANOVA? - which also tells me the origin of the difference)
4. A correlation between heights and diversity
5. A correlation between dry weights and diversity
6. A correlation between root stock length and diversity
7. A correlation between height and percent rootstock colonised
8. A correlation between weight and percent rootstock colonised
9. A correlation between root stock length and percent rootstock colonised
(Matched-sample t-test and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient with p-value?)
