Today was good.

I woke up at about 7 and decided to make some notes on Dante's Purgatory before giving it and a bunch of other loot back to Myth over tea and a nice chat. Then, after a nap, I delivered money to Kate and got haircut voucher (I'm tempted to go for something bizarro as it's been a while) and buggered off to uni, bumped into Louise on the bus and gave her my new number for fun and frolics this weekend, and watered and measured my plants. No new growth today, but two are over 4cm and have proper leaves and stuff (I'm also counting the number of leaves and may make some LAI (leaf area index) estimates or length of leaves or something. I think I'll stop watering them when they get to 10cm, which should be fairly soon, probably after the weekend ..

And then Sarah came round and I read her statement for this job which is absolutely bloody made for her and she absolutely should get and discovered that Lundy isn't Cornwall Wildlife Trust after all, and had war and dinner. Now I think I'll have a nice glass of wine and maybe watch a movie before bed. Yes, that sounds nice.

Tomorrow more watering/measuring, and a good long while in the library.

Oh, and I started humming a song to myself on the way back from uni, and envisage pianos and cellos and flutes and stuff (it's for the Losing One Dimension song I dreamt).

What's good to make musical scores for multiple parts with (preferably with various instrument sounds), assuming I don't want to write them all out and then attempt to play all the parts myself every bar or so? I look at Young Winkler in particular.
