i have just been to class and we looked at dead birds again, which was great. the room always smells when we look at dead things.
nothing else has happened. i saw a policeman on a bicycle fail to stop at a stop sign. and then i had a burrito and a pastry. and now i'm going to go swimming.
i'm kind of in a bad mood. no reason. quite homesick, but am already anticipating the sudden lethargy that will inevitably come with being back home. but hopefully if i take an edinburgh uni lifelong learning course i will have access to the library and i'll go swimming and have a job. ugh. job. means money and exciting things you can buy with money like being able to go to exciting places.

(oo, and i discovered that when i clench my stomach muscles i have little six-pack bulges. that's never happened before.)
